Shipping policy

Standard Orders:

• All items are made to order, taking 3-4 weeks for production.
• Shipping typically requires an additional 2-3 business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-orders have a designated drop date.
• Production starts immediately after pre-order closing, lasting 4-6 weeks.
• Shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days.
• The 4-6 week production period begins upon pre-order closure.
